Healthcare software requires more than a login page. EC Way MedTech is designed from the foundation with multi-tenant isolation, role-based access, and a complete audit trail.

  • Clinic-Scoped Data Isolation Each clinic's patients, records, and staff are completely isolated. One clinic can never see another's data.
  • Role-Based Permissions Every API action is permission-gated by clinic role. Front Desk, Practitioner, Billing Admin — each with the right access, not more.
  • Append-Only Audit Trail Every write, role change, and login is recorded with actor identity, timestamp, and scope. Records cannot be retroactively deleted at the application level.
  • Privacy-by-Design Direction Field-level permission framework, PHI-safe logging, and privacy-conscious error monitoring — engineering choices made before features, not after incidents.
  • Canadian Healthcare SaaS Readiness Architecture planned for Canadian privacy compliance requirements. Hosted in Canada. Not yet certified — compliance documentation in progress.
